REST — The Retreat is a space for the woman who is always giving, always holding everything together, always on the go. If somewhere along the way you’ve lost a little of yourself, this is your invitation to slow down and come back home.
Over the retreat, you’ll be guided through nourishing practices designed to calm your nervous system, restore your energy and reconnect you with what truly matters. Expect meditation, gentle yoga, sound healing, energy work, journalling, and powerful workshops exploring self-healing, relationships and prioritising your own world.
There will also be space for joy and connection — dancing, singing, horse riding, time in nature by the creek and moments of deep rest.
Most importantly, you can expect to be held in a supportive space alongside like-minded women — allowing you to soften, release, and return to yourself feeling grounded, clear, and deeply nourished.
Option 1 — The 1 Day Reset
April 18th
The 1 Day Reset is a nourishing pause for the woman who needs to step away from the busyness of life and take a deep breath.
This one-day retreat is designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself and gently reset your nervous system. It’s the perfect space to release tension, restore your energy and create clarity.
Throughout the day you’ll experience a blend of restorative practices including meditation, gentle yoga, sound healing, energy work, journalling, and connection with like-minded women.
You’ll enjoy nourishing food, meaningful conversation, and moments of stillness that allow you to soften, recalibrate, and return to your life feeling grounded and renewed.

Option 2 — The 3 Day Retreat
October 16th–19th
The 3 Day REST Retreat is a deeper immersion into rest, healing and reconnection.
Held in a peaceful natural setting beside a beautiful creek, surrounded by nature, birds, and the calming presence of the trees, this retreat invites you to completely step away from the outside world and return to the basics of what your body and soul truly need.
Over three nourishing days, you’ll move through a slow and supportive experience designed to help you release what you’ve been carrying, reconnect with yourself and restore your energy.
Expect a beautiful blend of meditation, gentle yoga, sound healing, energy work, journalling, workshops, time in nature, playful expression and opportunities for 1:1 healing sessions.
There will also be spacious time for rest, reflection and meaningful connection with other women walking a similar path.
This retreat is slow, grounded, and deeply healing — a place where you don’t have to hold everything together.
A place where you can simply be.

Where is it?
The 1 Day RESET is in Mount Kilcoy, an hour away from Brisbane in a beautiful regional setting with views of rolling hills, animals & fresh air.
The 3 day Retreat location will be finalised in the next month. However it will be within the same sort of distance.
