This session is for those ready to go deeper—into the heart of a focused emotion or energetic block that feels stuck or heavy. Together, we’ll create a safe, supportive space for you to explore what’s arising with the intention of releasing emotional density and reconnecting to your inner calm.

Guided primarily by breathwork this session also incorporates Reiki, intuitive NLP coaching, kinesiology and movement techniques to help shift trapped energy within the body. We’ll begin with a grounding conversation to check in on where you're at and what you'd like to focus on—though often, deeper layers may naturally surface throughout the process.

Using a combination of hands-on and hands-off approaches, I will support you through an intuitive, embodied journey of release and renewal.
